The Best is Yet To Come, Tamie Dearen

The Best Is Yet to Come - Tamie Dearen

I really enjoyed this short story.I received this for free and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is only the beginning and it's almost like a cliffhanger but just leaves you wanting to read more. The hero and the heroine are both older but still things sparked. I liked that I was able to read both sides of the story. I've given it a 4.5* rating.

The Runaway, N Franko

I enjoyed this Romance. I received this for free and I voluntarily chose to review this story. I've given it a 4.5* rating. There did seem to be a lot of running away from or ignoring things. A lot of either rich or middle class type of references. However if you ever had a wreck after hitting a pothole, you have to feel for this heroine. Anyway, there needed to be some maturing of some characters in this. It was interesting in parts. Reminds me some of when our sons helped us move into the new tech generation. A pretty fast moving story.

Bethany's New Reality, Rachal John

Bethany's New Reality - Rachel John

I enjoyed this romantic comedy. I received this for free and I have voluntarily chose to review it. For whatever reasons people entered this show, a normal, find a spouse show this wasn't. Bethany got a rude awakening from the very first. Would anyone find a happy ever after from the antic's this producer wanted? While this probably is not for the younger readers, you almost have to be young to keep up with the action. I gave this a 4.5* rating.

Seeing Stars, Jennifer Bernard

This was a nice story but not for the under 18 readers because of sexual content. The heroine is a star who seems to need a little protection. For some reason, this story was a little harder to get into. There seems to be a lot of trust issues with this story. A lot of reacting before thinking a bit first stirs things up a bit. There is a surprise ending to this. I received this for free and I voluntarily chose to review this. I've given it a 4* rating.

Merry, C J Hunt

This was a fun read but not for the under 18 readers. I've voluntarily chose to review this and I have given it a 4* rating. This story has a lot of sexual content and is centered around Christmas. There is a bit of fun and games all connected to spells accidentally put on others. If you enjoy these things then you will probably enjoy this sort of short story.

Bad Reputation, Stefanie London

Bad Reputation - Stefanie London
I enjoyed this romance except a little too much sexual content for my liking. I received this for for free and I voluntarily choose to review this. This is not for the under 18 readers. I thought this gave a lot of insight to the back side of ballet. It takes a lot of dedication to stay in this profession, and a lot of pain to build up the callus needed for this beautiful profession. You mix love, friendships, families and loyalties in this and you have one heck of a story. I've given this a 4.5* rating.

Holiday Affair, Stephanie Queen

I enjoyed this romance, however it is not for the under 18 readers. I voluntarily chose to review this story and I've given it a 4.5* rating. This didn't get too far into the why's of the heroine's failing business, more about it that it did. So a chance meeting starts things a rolling in New York City. It had humor and a heroine in somewhat shock. This was also Book 10 in Love, Christmas 2 set with various authors.Onto the next.

Can She Get Home For Christmas, Rebecca York

This was an unusual Romantic Suspense. It starts out with the heroine driving home in a snow storm for Christmas. I voluntarily chose to review this. I've given it a 4.5* rating. This is a first for me of reading any of the Decorah Security Series. It turns out she's in more danger than from the bad snowstorm. So there are lots of twists and turns to this. It ended well but I needed to read something different before going to bed.

By Proxy, Katy Regnery

By Proxy - Katy Regnery

I really enjoyed this unusual romance. I received this for free and I voluntarily chose to review this. I've given it a 5* rating. The heroine has mixed feelings about doing proxy wedding vows for her best friend but the hero doesn't. There are a lot of twists and turns in this that keeps you wanting to turn those pages. This is a pretty clean read but some of the thinking of the characters isn't. So don't know that I would want under 17s or younger reading. It left me with a good feeling at the end.

Mistletoe Inn, Jacquie Biggar

I really enjoyed this clean, short romance. It has a lot of action for a short story. I've voluntarily chose to review this. I've given this a 5* rating. It includes puppies and a little boy. What a nice evening's read.

Saved by Time, Jennae Vale

Although I'm not a big fan of time travel, I did enjoy this romance. I received this for free and voluntarily chose to review it. In a community in Scotland, several women chose to travel through time to find husbands. This was interesting in several ways and explained many things but not all of the things they dealt with. If you enjoy time travel type reading, you may enjoy this. I have given this a 4.5* rating.

Frosted, Katy Regnery

Frosted - Katy Regnery

I really enjoyed this romance. I received it for free and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is about two older people who have lost their spouses at a fairly early age and they are both realizing it is about time to move on but where to start to date again. These two are almost thrown together and I love how it ended. Not for the under 18 readers. It really touches the heart in a most realistic way. I gave this a 4.5* rating and will be reading more of this author's work.

I owe You One, Sophie Kinsella

I enjoyed this family/romance story. I received this for free and I voluntarily chose to review it. While this is not for the under 18 readers, it's about a family learning to work together for their mom. The heroine of this story, Fawn, who goes by the nickname Fixit or variations of it. She just needs to fix things that are astray. This does not always work out for various reasons. With humor and some realistic sadness in parts, it shows this family growing up. I've given this a 5* rating.

Brianna's Season for Miracles

I enjoyed this romance. I voluntarily chose to review this and I've given it a 4.5* rating. So much has happen this past week, I don't feel I can give a good review. It could have been a little longer.

Her Brooding Italian Boss, Susan Meier

Her Brooding Italian Boss - Susan Meier

I loved this romance. It had a few twists to it and a bit of traveling. Lots going on for this. I voluntarily chose to review it after getting it at a library sale. It was a real page turner for me and a few tears. I've given it a 5 * rating.

Jingle with my Princess, Mona Risk

I really enjoyed this romance. This is not for the under 18 readers. Lots of ups and down in this. I voluntarily chose to review this and I gave it a 5* rating. It has a lot to pull at the heart strings. Lots to enjoy in this fairly short story.
